In October we went to a really tiny little harvest festival down the street from our house. There was a couple goats, llamas, and a donkey...also Sadie got to paint her very own pumpkin. Honestly it was perfect for her...not too many people and that made it great for mommy and daddy too! After the harvest festival we bought Sadie a BSU shirt...so she could match, and watched the game at Nanny and Grandpa's house...overall a perfect day with the family!
The next week we had a Chili/Pie cook-off at our church. Kyle was pretty excited about his Chili recipe, and I had never made a pie before...we both ended up getting 3rd place, which is not too shabby....but Kyle has already started perfecting that chili for next year!
